What we can do for you

The core of our function entails building, maintaining, and facilitating relationships with our strategic, operational, and project stakeholders to drive collaboration, enhance participation, and achieve meaningful results on initiatives. We aim to promote social change in society to encourage communities to take ownership of their future and development, and lower the dependency on external parties for growth, sustainability and prosperity.

We accomplish this through:

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation including Change Facilitation;
  • Community Capability Development Programmes;
  • Communication (Internal, External: Change and Strategic Communication);
  • Social Research  including Social Impact Assessment;
  • Conflict Management.

Grounded in a stakeholder-based approach to social and community development, our methodology involves a thorough understanding of the social drivers and local context through stakeholder mapping and analysis. Through this meticulous approach, the organisation can minimise risks and maximise opportunities to create and protect value for both the project and local communities.
